Meguiar’s M205 is regarded as one of the best car polishes money can buy. The M205 utilises Meguiar’s non-diminishing abrasive technology and has a low cut rating ideally suited for hard-to-deal-with paints and colours like soft black paints.

M205 has an extensive working time and when used with a soft pad like a Lake Country Black Finessing pad produces a flawless finish and maximum gloss from the paintwork.

Prima Amigo is easily one of the best products I have ever used and smells good enough to eat (chocolate). It’s more than just a car polish. It is a polymer based glaze, extremely easy to use, and buffing off is the best I have experienced. The residue falls off the paint with next to no pressure.

Unlike most glazes, Prima Amigo won’t cause bonding issues if you layer a synthetic product on top. It will also conceal some pretty heavy spider webbing (swirls). I found applying it by machine with a black Lake Country pad the best option. Buff at low speed until the product starts to disappear into the paint. The residue can even be left on overnight.

Blackfire’s SRC (Scratch Resistant Clear) Finishing Polish is a car polish developed to remove defects in the new nano, ceramic particle clear coats. It’s use is not restricted to the new scratch resistant clear coats. It is safe for use on all types of paint finishes to produce a high level of gloss ready for wax application.

Blackfire SRC Finishing Polish is manufactured by Menzerna, Germany. A world leader in automotive polishing products. It is a modified version of the well known Menzerna Final Finish PO106FF.

The Blackfire version has an increased amount of oils to produce an even longer working time. Even after the abrasives have broken down, the user continues to work the polishing oils into the paint using a soft foam pad. This feature is what produces a superior finish to other finishing polishes through burnishing of the paint.

Victoria Wax Deep Cleanse is a non-abrasive car polish or paint cleaner. Paint cleaners are an essential pre-wax application to thoroughly clean the paint prior to waxing. Oils beautify the finishing for increased gloss and remove any embedded contaminants that may affect the wax bonding.

Paint cleaners are also useful for removing things like watermarks. For hardened watermarks that a Quick Detail spray won’t remove, try a non-abrasive product like Victoria Deep Cleanse before going for the abrasive polishes. Quite often this is all that is required to restore the paintwork.

Victoria Wax also reponds well to machine application and residue removal is a breeze unlike some other products.

Prima Swirl is a pure car polish that does not contain any waxes, fillers or silcone. It is specially developed for use with dual action polishers to deeply clean paint and safely remove swirl marks.

As you work Prima Swirl, either by machine or by hand, the abrasive particles break down leaving a bright, swirl-free finish. This characteristic allows you, in most cases, to polish your vehicle to a bright luster in a single step.
